| We will always process orders as speedily as possible and orders are usually dispatched within a few days. Please allow 2 to 5 working days for delivery (UK). Goods will be delivered by Royal Mail, either recorded or special delivery or by a reputable courier such as DHL & are insured by us. For goods ordered outside the EU please allow 7- to 14 working days. All goods will require a signature upon delivery. There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE in the UNITED KINGDOM OR EUROPEAN UNION. There will be a flat delivery charge of £10 for the rest of the world. |

We do not have a refund policy. The only condition of our exchange policy is that the product(s) has not been used & is in its original condition & packaging. |
